Our small, family run company is renowned for its many types of singlevariety honeys, obtained through knowing and directed nomadic beekeeping. Our ambition is to help lead a renaissance in artisanal honey-making: the quintessence of the art of gathering honey.


Our 'quintessenza' honey is similar to a winery's 'cru', the yield of a single plot of land or a single type of flower. We obtain our 'crus' by changing the honeycomb with a virgin one when flowers reaches theirs blossoms' peak, in order to concentrate the quintessence of each floral variety. In this way we are able to obtain honeys with the highest integrity that the cooperation between bees and Mother Nature can offer us.
