The nose immediately recalls the smell of pine resin, barley candy and slight smoke scents.
The palate is medium sweet with notes of malt and caramel and has a clear reference to animal scents and toasted barley. The characteristic reflections of this teal colour is due to the presence of green algae and microscopic fungi.

Served on bacon and fatty cold cuts along with sourdough bread. Dissolved in lemon juice in a small fruit salad. Its clear notes of barley recommend using it for lacquered duck breast or in the essentiality of a slice of brown bread and alpage butter.
