honey and multiflower pollen torte / ingredients for a 24 cm pie dish:
- 500g flour
- 250g butter at room temperature
- 200g soft honey
- 8g powdered yeast
- 2tsp pollen
- 1 pinch of pastry salt.
- in a terrine, work the butter into a cream with the honey and lemon zest. when completely smooth, add the eggs one by one. in a separate bowl, combine the flour, yeast and pollen, which you will then blend into the cream. let sit for 30 minutes and the shortbread will be ready. spread the jam on top and bake on the lowest rack of the preheated, unventilated oven at 170c for 30 minutes.
