Citrus honey vinegar originates from the oxidation of the first Mieli Thun honey ferment. Gentle and elegant, it combines sweet floral notes with acidic hints, celebrating the transformation of honey into an icon of sweet and sour. Its citric and slightly salty verticality makes it a valuable tool in the kitchen, capable of providing immediate and discreetly aromatic insights.
