Mead
Mead is perhaps the oldest alcoholic beverage produced by humans. Over time, unique and exclusive interpretations have emerged in every corner of the world, leading to the creation of drinks completely different from the original: very alcoholic, or sweet and floral, flavored with infused plants or reminiscent of port notes or the nuances of a light beer.
Mieli Thun thus created its mead: the Mead, born from the union of water and honey, which ferment slowly, transforming sugars into alcohol and carrying with character the aromas of the original honeys.
