L’Esuberante mead is born from the meeting of mountain wildflower honey and spring water, with a grape must starter initiating the first fermentation. The second fermentation, in the bottle for 20 months, is made possible by heather honey, one of the most complex and spicy of Italian blooms.
The name reflects its character: lively, sparkling, and self-ironic, it is an authoritative mead but never exclusive, capable of surprising those who taste it without preconceptions.
