First order buy online Mieli Thun

At the time of your first purchase, before confirming the order, you will be asked to register by filling out a form where you will enter your details.

Registration does not entail any obligation to purchase and if you deem it necessary, you can request its cancellation.

After this operation, you can use your login details for all subsequent purchases and to check the status of your orders.

Registration form

In the registration form, you will be asked for your email address (username) and a password.

The other mandatory fields are: first name, last name, address, postal code, phone number.

Availability

Unless otherwise indicated, the products in the selection are all available.
Some honeys are rare and difficult to produce and can only be purchased for short periods of the year.
If a product runs out during the purchase process, you will be promptly contacted and can decide whether to wait, replace it with another, or if payment has already been made by credit card, a refund can be obtained.

Credit cards: Purchases can be made with major credit cards
PayPal: Payments through the PayPal system are accepted

Right of withdrawal

All purchased products are subject to the right of reconsideration as provided by Legislative Decree May 22, 1999, No. 185.
Mieli Thun assures every customer of this site the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery, or the possibility to return the purchased items. The purchased products can be returned, provided they are in perfect condition (jar seals intact). We will refund the entire order amount, excluding shipping costs, as provided by Italian law. Legislative Decree May 22, 1999, No. 185

Order status

The order status can be monitored by accessing the appropriate section from the user panel with your username (email) and password.

Shipping

From the moment the order is received, Mieli Thun reserves 5 working days to process the order.

The shipment of the order will be communicated via email, where the shipment code will be indicated.

During the Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods, processing times may experience delays.

Mieli Thun cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier.

For shipments over 60.00 euros (sixty), the shipping costs are entirely borne by Mieli Thun (in Italy)

For orders valued under 60.00 euros (sixty), the shipping costs are 10.00 euros borne by the recipient

Abroad not included

Prices: All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Invoice request: Any invoice request must be made at the time of the order by specifying it in the notes.
