Brandy offers a selection of artisanal honey spirits. There are four degrees of separation to tell the scent of the flower and the plant: flower – bee – mead – brandy.
In the final phase, the process requires more time, care, and experience, from bain-marie discontinuous distillation, never with direct flame, to the separation of alcoholic vapor to delicately extract the most noble aromatic fractions. After distillation, the brandy rests for a year before being brought to the optimal degree with spring water. The result is a pure and crystalline spirit, capable of conveying the magic of honey and the scents of the flower and the plant.
