The gift box Acetic Triangle was conceived by Amici Acidi, a project born from the friendship of five producers united by a passion for a now forgotten flavor, with the aim of promoting vinegar, its history, and versatility. It contains three different condiments, to be used both at the table and in the kitchen, and a book dedicated to pairings and uses of vinegar.
